According to a report by The Nation, fuel is now being sold at the rate of N200, N250 at the few filling stations opened for business.
It was also reported that mobile policemen have been deployed on the streets of the Ondo state capital to prevent breakdown of law and order.

Meanwhile, Nigerians have taken to social media to add their voices to the fuel crisis. As many businesses and enterprises threaten to shut down as a result of the ravaging fuel scarcity, some Nigerians have resorted to making tribalism prevail in this challenge and embracing the blame game.
Following Ifeanyi Ubah’s promise to make available 13 million litres of fuel in a bid to ease Nigerians’ stress, some have called for Oil King, “Oil King”, Wale Tinubu (Group Chief Executive of Oando PLC) and Femi Otedola, (Chairman of Forte Oil Plc) to do so.
